Banglalink renews strategic partnership with ZTE to boost digital experience
Banglalink, the country's leading digital operator, has taken a major step toward enriching the daily digital experience of millions of Bangladeshis through a renewed strategic investment with ZTE.
The initiative aims to enhance how customers interact with Banglalink's digital services in their everyday moments, reinforcing the company's customer-first commitment by ensuring diverse digital offerings, stronger indoor performance and smarter AI-driven optimisation across its expanding digital ecosystem.
The signing ceremony was held on 23 November 2025 at Banglalink's headquarters, with senior representatives from both organisations in attendance.
Under the strengthened collaboration, Banglalink is upgrading priority sites in Dhaka with next-generation, energy-efficient technologies to boost coverage quality, improve overall service experience and prepare for upcoming spectrum opportunities.
