Bangladesh to host first-ever ESG Bootcamp in June 2025

Registrations and sponsorship opportunities are now open for Bangladesh's first national ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Bootcamp, set to be held on 20–22 June 2025 at BRAC CDM, Rajendrapur.
Organised by the ESG Institute Bangladesh, this landmark three-day programme is designed to equip sustainability professionals, corporate leaders, and forward-thinking brands with the tools, frameworks, and leadership needed to navigate the evolving ESG landscape.
The ESG Bootcamp will bring together 200 professionals from five key sectors — Ready-Made Garments (RMG), FMCG & Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Institutions, Maritime, and Pharmaceuticals. Participants will engage in intensive training featuring real-world case studies, sector-specific workshops, and interactive labs to gain actionable strategies, compliance tools, and performance indicators aligned with global standards.
With sessions led by both local experts and international ESG specialists, the programme will explore frameworks based on ISO, GRI, IFRS, ESG principles, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Policymakers, investors, development agencies, and international NGOs will also join the event, offering insights into Bangladesh's role within the global sustainability framework.
Shadman Sakib Anik CSRM™, Executive Director of ESG Institute Bangladesh, said, "The ESG Bootcamp 2025 is more than just a training — it is a national call to action. Our goal is to equip Bangladeshi businesses with the tools, global insights, and leadership mindset needed to thrive in a sustainability-driven economy. This is the moment to move from awareness to real impact."
The bootcamp offers a unique opportunity for learning, collaboration, and transformation. With limited seats available, organisations are encouraged to secure their participation at the earliest. Sponsorships are also open for brands eager to position themselves as ESG leaders in Bangladesh.
