Bangladesh coast guard organises youth festival-2025 in Bhola

The Bangladesh Coast Guard held 'Youth Festival–2025' in Bhola on Thursday to engage youth in deterring crime.
Coast Guard Media Officer Lieutenant Commander Siam-ul-Haq shared the information with the media at noon on 7 August 2025.
He stated that the Bangladesh Coast Guard has been actively involved in disaster response, relief distribution, emergency medical services, and rehabilitation efforts across coastal and riverine areas. The force also regularly conducts awareness campaigns in the interest of public welfare.
As part of these ongoing efforts, Coast Guard Base Bhola held a discussion and public awareness program on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m., focusing on deterring criminal activities among the youth. Local students from various schools and colleges took part in the workshop.
Lieutenant Commander Siam-ul-Haq added that the Coast Guard will continue such initiatives in the future to safeguard the young generation from immoral and unlawful practices.
