AMS Global and ICB partner to launch income fund
A trust agreement has been signed between AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited and the state-owned financial institution Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) to launch the AMS Global First Regular Income Fund.
The fund is an open-ended mutual fund with an initial size of Tk 25 crore. The Chairman of AMS Global, Mr S. M. Shahid-ul-Arafin, Chief Executive Officer, Mr Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori, Chief Compliance Officer, Mr Firoz Iftekhar Masum and ICB Managing Director, Mr Abul Hossain, General Manager (Accounts and Finance), Mr Anwar Shamim, Deputy General Manager (Trustee), Mr Shariqul Anam, and essential officials were present at the event
