Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC holds board meeting
The 424th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting, which reviewed the bank's overall business performance and made several policy decisions.
The bank's directors, Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and Senior Executives attended the meeting.
