Al-Arafah islami bank opens stall at hajj and umrah fair

Highlighting its commitment to supporting pilgrimage, Al-Arafah Islami Bank inaugurated its stall as co-sponsor of the three-day Hajj and Umrah Fair 2025, a prominent annual gathering for promoting pilgrimage services, organised by the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB).
The inauguration took place on 14 August at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, with the bank's Managing Director (CC) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan presiding. Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs AKM Aftab Hossain Pramanik attended as a special guest.
HAAB President Syed Golam Sarwar, Senior Vice President Shamim Sayeedi, Deputy Managing Director Md Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, and other senior officials were present.
Khan stated that the bank was established to support Hajj pilgrims and continues to work for their welfare through Shariah-based services and attractive deposit schemes. He expressed the bank's commitment to further enhancing its services for pilgrims in the coming years, aiming to strengthen community support and foster lasting positive impact.
