Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 453rd board meeting
The 453rd board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Sunday, 22 February 2026, at the bank's head office.
Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting. The bank said its overall business performance was reviewed and a number of policy decisions were taken.
Among those present were directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Prof Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, FCA; Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, managing director and chief executive officer; Mohammad Moniruzzaman, FCA, acting company secretary; and senior executives of the bank.
