Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 449th board meeting
The Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC held its 449th board meeting on 4 January 2026 at the bank's head office.
Khwaja Shahriar, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting. The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed, and several policy decisions were taken.
Among those present were directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Prof Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director and chief executive officer Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman, and senior executives of the bank.
