Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 447th board meeting
The 447th Board Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on 24 December 2025 at the bank's head office.
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Khwaja Shahriar, presided over the meeting. The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed, and several policy decisions were taken.
Directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Professor Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, and Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA; along with Managing Director and CEO, Mohammad Rafat Ullah Khan; Acting Company Secretary, Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA; and senior executives of the bank, were present at the meeting.
