Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 443rd board meeting
The 443rd Board Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday (6 November 2025) at the bank's head office. Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting.
The board reviewed the bank's overall business performance and made several important policy decisions to strengthen operations and future growth.
Directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Acting Managing Director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, Acting Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and senior executives of the bank were present.
