AI4BT Global Summit concludes with focus on enterprise AI transformation
The three-day virtual AI4BT Global Summit 2026 concluded on Sunday (27 September), bringing together global and Bangladeshi experts to discuss AI-driven enterprise transformation, organisational readiness, executive training, the future of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and cybersecurity.
Held from 25 to 27 September, the summit focused on practical strategies and frameworks for AI-driven business transformation, moving beyond basic AI adoption. Speakers came from technology, banking, ERP, leadership and other sectors, according to the press release.
Speakers and participants included Sarah Cornett, AI Strategy and Governance Advisor; University of Dhaka Department of Computer Science and Engineering Chairman Professor Dr Md Abdur Razzaque; Grameenphone Chief Business Officer Dr Asif Naimur Rashid; IBM Certified Quantum Computing Developer Mujtaba Sattar Ananta; Management Consultant and AI Strategist Mark Anupom Mollick; Leadership Educator and Coach Dr Peter K Yoon; Prime Bank PLC Senior Vice-President and Head of Financial Inclusion and School Banking MM Mahbub Hasan; Business Coach and Leadership Trainer Kamrul Hasan; ICF Master Certified Coach Shabnam Mostari; and Brain Station 23 Co-Founder and CEO Raisul Kabir.

The first two days focused on executive strategy, training and the evolution of ERP systems, while the final day centred on cybersecurity, human-AI readiness and operational productivity.
On the closing day, Dr Shariful Islam, Chair of Cybersecurity and AI Governance at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK, delivered a keynote on cybersecurity and data governance.
He highlighted the importance of establishing a trusted data foundation for enterprise AI.
Dr Arif Azad, PMP, Transformation Leader, presented strategies for managing engineering risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing AI governance frameworks in highly regulated enterprise sectors.
Frank Lieber, Responsible AI Advisor at AI4BT Global, and Tina Lieber, AI-Driven Transformation and Organisational Development Specialist, jointly delivered a keynote titled "Human AI Readiness," which focused on executive and workplace preparedness as organisations increasingly integrate AI into their operations.

The third day also featured a roundtable discussion on AI's role in improving enterprise productivity.
Mahmudul Hasan, AI Transformation Coach and Co-Founder of AI4BT Global, moderated the discussion alongside Imdadul Islam, AI Trainer and Business Strategist.
The panellists included Leadership and Learning Architect Mohammad Noor E Alam; AWS Alliances Vice-President Mohammad Zaman; Digital Transformation and AI Consultant Hadi Bhuiyan; Prime Bank PLC Senior Vice-President and Head of Financial Inclusion and School Banking MM Mahbub Hasan; Enterprise AI and Tech Strategist Mehedi Hasan Rana; Enterprise Transformation Specialist Faruq Azam Arshad; Transformation and Strategy Consultant Khan Farhana; and AI and Digital Transformation Leader Arif Hossain.
The discussion examined how AI can improve operational productivity, automate business processes, and generate measurable value for organisations.
Following the roundtable, Metamorphosis Limited Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Rokanuzzaman conducted a live demonstration showing how autonomous AI agents can perform operational tasks, including cash-flow forecasting.
Enterprise Oracle ERP and AI Strategist Mohammad Abdul Awal Miah then led a discussion on transforming Oracle ERP systems through AI.
In the final strategic keynote, Ubeda Sauda, Enterprise Agile Coach and Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), outlined frameworks for large-scale agile transformation.
The session covered execution challenges, organisational structures and team design for implementing strategic AI roadmaps.
The summit concluded with the unveiling of the "90-Day Enterprise Transformation Blueprint," designed to provide organisations with a structured approach to AI-driven transformation.
The organisers also announced Delegate Masterclass Certification and post-summit advisory partnerships.
AI4BT Global Co-Founder Mahmudul Hasan and ERP Consultant and AI Transformation Expert Sadiq M Alam delivered the closing remarks.
The organisers said the summit aimed to connect international expertise with Bangladesh's enterprise landscape and give business leaders practical approaches to AI strategy, governance, ERP transformation, cybersecurity, leadership and operational productivity.
