Agrani Bank pays tribute to martyrs on Independence Day
Agrani Bank PLC marked Independence and National Day 2026 by honouring the martyrs of the Liberation War.
Managing Director Md Anwarul Islam led a delegation in placing a wreath at the Shaheed Minar in front of the bank's head office on Thursday morning. The bank also paid homage by laying flowers at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar.
Deputy Managing Directors Md Abul Bashar and Rubana Pervin, General Managers Md Afzal Hossain and Md Jalal Uddin, senior executives, leaders of staff organisations, and other bank officials and employees were also present.

To mark the occasion, Agrani Bank published a colour advertisement in national newspapers. Circles, zones, and branches across the country also participated in Independence and National Day programmes in coordination with local administrations.
