Agrani Bank holds Dhaka Circle-1 business review meeting
Agrani Bank PLC held a business review meeting for Dhaka Circle-1 on 26 July 2025, at the Agrani Bank Training Institute's conference room. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Shamsul Alam, General Manager of Dhaka Circle-1, with Mr. Anwarul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of Agrani Bank, attending as the chief guest.
The event featured key contributions from Deputy Managing Directors Tahmina Akhter, Md. Abul Bashar, and Rubana Parvin. Additional remarks were provided by General Managers A.K.M. Shamim Reza (Recovery), A.K.M. Fazlul Haque (Main Branch), Md. Abu Hasan Talukdar (Credit), and Md. Afzal Hossain (Dhaka Circle-2).
In his address, Managing Director and CEO Mr. Anwarul Islam highlighted the critical importance of classified loan recovery and issued directives focusing on deposit mobilisation, remittance collection, and growth in import-export activities. He urged regional and corporate branch heads and managers to meet all business performance targets set for the year 2025.
