Shafik Tuhin releases new duet song 'Foring Projapoti'
National Film Award-winning lyricist, composer, and singer Shafik Tuhin remains deeply engaged with music, regularly releasing new songs alongside performing at stage shows.
In addition to working with renowned artistes, he also creates music for emerging talents.
Continuing this journey, a new duet song titled 'Foring Projapoti' has been released, featuring vocals by Shafik Tuhin and Safika Nasrin Mimi. Mimi completed her postgraduate studies in music from Santiniketan.

The lyrics of the song were written by Hayat Kamal, while Shafik Tuhin composed the tune and also lent his voice to the track. The music arrangement was done by Salman Jaim, and the music video was directed by acclaimed director Chandan Ray Chowdhury. Both Shafik Tuhin and Safika Nasrin Mimi appeared as models in the video.
The music video has been released on the Soul Entertainment YouTube channel.
Speaking about the song, Shafik Tuhin said, 'Foring Projapoti is a very sweet song. Safika Nasrin Mimi has sung it beautifully. She has strong command over music, and I tried to compose a melody that complements the lyrics. Chandan Ray Chowdhury has made a wonderful video. Overall, I believe the audience will enjoy the song.'
