Taking into account the current state of the country's stock market, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) is set to hold a consultation meeting with representatives of retail investor organizations. The meeting is scheduled for 29 May at 12 pm.

The session will be chaired by Anisuzzaman Chowdhury, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser. BSEC Chairman Khondoker Rashed Maqsood will also be present at the event.
During the meeting, Anisuzzaman and the BSEC Chairman will engage in discussions with representatives of retail investor groups on various issues concerning the capital market.
BSEC has emphasized the importance of participation by these organizations and has specifically requested the presence of the presidents and general secretaries of the respective investor associations.
