The 795th meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd (SJIBL) was held recently at the corporate head office of the bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distancing.

A few directors of the bank & members of the committee participated in this meeting through a digital platform, read a press release.

Dr Anwer Hossain Khan, chairman of the executive committee of the bank presided over the meeting. The members of the committee discussed various issues related to investment in different sectors.

The Vice-Chairman of the committee Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Director of the Bank and members of the Committee Mohiuddin Ahmed, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Younus were present during the meeting.

The chairman of the board of directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid was invited as a special guest. Other attendees included: Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Managing Director Md. Shahjahan Shiraj and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar.
