Rupali Bank Ltd has inaugurated its 576th branch in Khulna with the full online facility, as part of its target to open 100 branches in the Mujib.

The branch is run by 100 percent women workers and it is the first female branch of any bank in Khulna, read a press release issued by the bank on Monday.

Rupali Bank Chairman Monzur Hossain, MP, and the bank's Managing Director and CEO Md Obayed Ullah Al Masud inaugurated the new branch through video conference.

Deputy Managing Director Mohammed Jahangir Alam, Khondoker Ataur Rahman and other senior bank officials and dignitaries of the area were present at the programme as well.
