Brac Bank, a pioneer in SME banking, currently serves its customers through 187 branches, 456 SME unit offices, and 374 ATM and CDM booths across the country.

Nazmur Rahim, head of alternate banking channel of Brac Bank, said, "Brac Bank is making relentless efforts to drive financial inclusion across the country. Agent Banking is an ideal model to take the banking services to a customer's neighborhood, especially benefitting the disadvantaged and lower-income people in remote locations."

The bank has a dedicated agent banking app that helps the outlets provide services that other commercial banks can't. It also developed an agent banking manual for its partners so that their collective services promise advanced technology-based banking experience and reliable customer service.
