One with Covid-19 symptoms dies in Dinajpur
After Forhad’s employer returned home from Saudi Arabia around two weeks ago, he started suffering from cold and fever and eventually went home where he died on Monday morning
A man died early today in Birampur upazila of Dinajpur after suffering from cold-fever and other Covid-19 symptoms.
The deceased was identified as Forhad Hossain, 42, who used to work as an arable land caretaker at the house of a Saudi expatriate in Cumilla.
Confirming the matter to The Business Standard Dinajpur Civil Surgeon Dr Abdul kuddus said, "We have contacted IEDCR to collect his swab sample for further confirmation and until then his family members will be kept in quarantine."

"We have also suggested putting the whole Toposhi village in quarantine mode", he added.
After Forhad's employer returned home from Saudi Arabia around two weeks ago, he started suffering from cold and fever and eventually went home.
He consulted a village physician for treatment instead of visiting a certified doctor at the Birampur Upazila Health Complex.
Later, on Monday he breathed his last at his home in the upazila's Jotbani union.
