BSMMU's Rheumatology Dept chairman infected with Covid-19
Professor Dr Nazrul Islam, the chairman of Department of Rheumatology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
In a Facebook post, Dr Nazrul said, "I was feeling sick over past few days and yet went to BSMMU for department work. There were few coronavirus patients in my department too. I tried to stay safe, but failed. Now I tested positive the coronavirus."
Earlier, two more doctors of BSMMU tested positive with the virus. They have recovered recently.
