vivo's new service initiative and solutions have received widespread appreciation by the public. Praising the new service initiative, Wahid Muran, a customer from Dhaka, said, "My vivo V15 Pro had a broken display, and the phone was in an almost disassembled condition. I decided to send my device in for repair, even though I did not have high hopes for it. However, the service team assured me that my device was in good hands and they'll make the necessary repairs. Everyone was attentive, responsive, and sincere. They repaired and assembled my phone at the front desk within an hour with the utmost professionalism, and I am thoroughly impressed by vivo's service."

At present, vivo has 20 service centres located at various locations, including three in Dhaka. Along with other cities like Chattogram, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Bogura, Narayangonj, Narshingdi, Sylhet, Cumilla, Gazipur, Rajshahi, Savar, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Potuakhali, and Tangail.

To ensure uninterrupted service during the strict lockdown vivo brand stores have been turned into temporary pick up points.
