REHAB President Alamgir Shamsul Alamin said it would be unbelievable without seeing personally how well the Rupayan people have managed to complete this sophisticated international standard housing project.

Rupayan City Uttara would be an inspiring role model for the housing sector in Bangladesh at the times to come, he added.

The country's first premium mega gated community Rupayan City Uttara has been built on 134 Bighas of land where 63 percent of space has been kept empty for providing its residents with pure Oxygen.

It has already become a heaven for investors as it is connected to various infrastructures like the international airport, metro rail and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT).

Community clubs, mosques, playgrounds, schools, 6.5-Kilometer long jogging track and separate roads for cars– all fit here together inside the same border.

Rupayan City Uttara has premium condo apartments, sky villas, penthouses, shopping malls, office spaces, educational institutions and all the arrangements to meet every need of modern life.
