Rupayan Housing hands over new Siddeshwari apartment project

Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd officially handed over a complex building project in Siddeshwari to the buyers. Titled "Rupayan Swapno Niloy" the 130 apartments of the complex were handed over on February 15 at Rupayan City Uttara in Uttara in the capital, said a press release.

Also referred to as a condominium complex, the building project was the 75th from Rupayan Housing Estate.

Members of Rupayan Swapno Niloy Owners Association received the project. The association brings together the flat owners and purchasers of Rupayan developed apartments and complexes.

Rupayan Group Vice Chairman Mahir Ali Khan Ratul, Deputy Managing Director Mizanur Rahman Dewan, Executive Director Ehsanur Rahman, Director for Building Mahmudur Rahman, General Manager for Customer

Relationship Engineer Saiful Islam were present at the handover ceremony alongside Advisors Captain (Retd) PJ Ullah and Sadat Selim.

On behalf of Rupayan Swapno Niloy Owners Association, present were President Rezwan Ahmed Towfiq, Secretary Kazi Arifur Rahman, Treasurer Md Babul Hossain among others.
