Navana Group appoints three new high officials

The Navana Group appointed three new high officials recently at the company.

They are- Khandaker Istiaque Mahmud as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mohammad Naved Ferdaus Iqbal as its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and M. Razibul Hasan Khan as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Shared Services, says a press release.

Mr. Istiaque was the Industrial Relations and Administration Manager of Linde Bangladesh. Istiaque brings a wide range of skills in strategic HR leadership & analytics, industrial relations and corporate & regulatory affairs from his 25 years of experiences working in global organizations including Chevron, Coats, Nestle and the US Embassy.

Mr.  Naved has been the HR Consultant for Navana Group. He has a Master's degree in Intelligence and Security Studies from Brunel University London (UK). Naved brings a diverse set of experiences of 17 years in strategic HR and organizational strategy, security intelligence, corporate investigations and ethics & compliance with global companies including Chevron, MS Risk and Grameenphone. Naved has worked in strategic leadership capacities and major organizational change management projects, both in Bangladesh and overseas including the UK, USA, China and Thailand.

And Mr. Razibul Prior to joining Navana Group, he has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Daamag Group. He is a qualified ACCA from the UK and also has an MBA from the University of Dhaka. Razibul brings valuable knowledge and skills in Finance from over 15 years of his experiences across diverse industries. Besides his career in Daamag Group, Razibul has a proven track record of success, working in Finance leadership roles for companies including Novartis, Coats, Bangladesh Edible Oil and SMEC International Pty Limited.
