2 BG Press employees arrested over BCS question leak

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested two employees of BG Press for their alleged involvement in leaking questions of the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination.
The arrestees are Md Majnu Mia, 59, a porter at BG Press, and Md Akram Hossain, 47, a binder.
Speaking to UNB today evening (27 November), Azad Rahman, special superintendent of CID (media), said that Majnu Mia was arrested from Shewrapara in Mirpur yesterday night, while Akram Hossain was detained early today from the BG Press area.
The two were presented before the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court today. Akram Hossain provided a statement under Section 164 of the CrPc, while Majnu Mia was placed on a three-day remand for further interrogation.
They were arrested in a case filed with the Paltan Police Station on 9 July.
