Steel manufacturer KSRM donates traffic equipment to Highway Police to boost road safety

To strengthen road safety and public service initiatives, leading steel manufacturer KSRM has handed over traffic signs and related equipment to the Highway Police.
The handover ceremony took place today at the Highway Police Headquarters conference hall in Uttara Sector 4. On behalf of KSRM, Colonel (retd) Ashfaqul Islam, General Manager of Business Research and Development, presented the materials to Additional Inspector General of Police (Highway) Md Delwar Hossain Mia.
Highway Police DIG (Admin) Imtiaz Ahmed, KSRM Deputy General Manager (Sales and Marketing) Md Mozammel Haque Chowdhury, Manager (Engineering) Md Nazmul Huda, Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Brand Officer Md Munmun Rahman, Engineer Md Mahbubur Rahman, and senior officials of Highway Police were also present at the event.
Speaking at the programme, Highway Police chief Delwar Hossain Mia praised KSRM's continued support. "KSRM has always stood by the government and the people, whether for road safety or in times of crisis. We expect their cooperation to continue in the future as well," he said.
Reaffirming the company's commitment to social responsibility, KSRM's General Manager Ashfaqul Islam said, "KSRM has always been dedicated to the country and its people. From that sense of duty, we remain engaged in government initiatives and will continue to do so in the days ahead."
