Shahdeen Malik appointed as ACC lawyer
Malik has been appointed on a temporary, case-by-case basis as an eminent lawyer for the anti-graft body.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has appointed Supreme Court lawyer Shahdeen Malik to represent the commission in court.
According to a letter issued yesterday (13 August) by ACC, Malik has been appointed on a temporary, case-by-case basis as an eminent lawyer for the anti-graft body, ACC Deputy Director Akhtarul Islam confirmed the matter today (14 August).
The letter stated that under Section 33(3) of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004, Malik has been assigned to handle cases pending in the Supreme Court on behalf of the commission.
