Jubo Shakti launches 'National Youth Conference'

The youth wing of the National Citizen Party (NCP), Jubo Shakti, today (12 August) launched its "National Youth Conference" in the capital's Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB), on the occasion of International Youth Day.

Speaking at the event, NCP Senior Joint Chief Coordinator Abdul Hannan Masud emphasised the vital role youth have historically played in the nation's history.
He urged that the aspirations of young people must be given priority, stating, "We cannot be dismissed as children. It is the youth who have sacrificed fresh blood in this mass uprising."
Party chief Nahid Islam attended the event as the chief guest.
Special guests included Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain, Chief Coordinator Nasiruddin Patwary, and Senior Joint Convenor Samantha Sharmin.
Representatives from various political parties, including BNP and Jamaat, were also present at the conference.
The event was presided over by Jubo Shakti Convenor Advocate Tarikul Islam and conducted by Jubo Shakti Member Secretary Zahedul Islam.
