15 leaders from BNP, Jamaat, Khelafat Majlis join Islami Andolan Bangladesh
International Adviser of the party Golam Masih received the leaders.
Fifteen leaders from the BNP, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Khelafat Majlis joined Islami Andolan Bangladesh in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, today (28 January).
Former Bangladesh ambassador to Saudi Arabia and International Adviser of Islami Andolan Bangladesh Golam Masih formally received the leaders, according to a press release.
Golam Masih is also contesting the upcoming election as the party's Hand Fan (Hatpakha) symbol candidate from the Narayanganj-3 constituency.
Those who joined the party include Mufti Salman Farsi from Khelafat Majlis; Hafez Mohammadullah, Moktar Hossain, Akhtar Hossain and Bajlu Mia from the BNP; and Mosharraf Hossain, Asad Mia and Md Kawsar Mia from Jamaat-e-Islami, among other local leaders.
Islami Andolan Bangladesh Sonargaon thana president Muha Faruk Ahmed Munshi and secretary Maulana Abul Kalam Azad were present at the programme.
