Pilgrims asked to deposit remaining Hajj package by 31 Dec
All Hajj pilgrims for Hajj-2026 who have not yet paid the full amount of their selected package have been requested to ensure payment of the remaining balance by that date
The remaining amount of the Hajj package must be deposited by 31 December.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has made the request to those who have completed initial registration for the 2026 Hajj through government and private channels, according to a notification issued today (22 December).
The notification, issued by the ministry's Hajj-1 branch, said initial registration of Hajj pilgrims for Hajj-2026 from both government and private sectors has been completed with a deposit of Tk3.50 lakh. Under the Hajj Package and Guidelines-2026, every pilgrim is required to deposit the full package price by 31 December 2025.

In this context, all Hajj pilgrims for Hajj-2026 who have not yet paid the full amount of their selected package have been requested to ensure payment of the remaining balance by that date.
The ministry also warned that failure to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time may make a pilgrim's Hajj journey uncertain.
