Nagorik Committee says didn’t receive any invitation from Communist Party of China
The committee strongly urged all concerned parties to exercise caution in response to any attempts to create confusion

Jatiya Nagorik Committee (JANAC) has clarified that it has not received any official invitation from the Communist Party of China to send its members to China as part of a delegation.
A press release, signed by JANAC spokesperson Samanta Shermeen, issued today (25 February) said, "Recently, it has come to our attention that certain media outlets have reported that some members of the Jatiya Nagorik Committee are traveling to China as part of a delegation, at the invitation of the Communist Party of China."
JANAC has no knowledge of this matter, read the release.
"Furthermore, no representative of Jatiya Nagorik Committee is participating in this delegation or acting on behalf of the committee," it said.
Additionally, JANAC emphasised that if any individual, without the committee's formal approval, uses its name to join the delegation or claims to represent the committee, such actions are solely personal initiatives and are not connected to Nagorik Committee in any way.
It strongly urged all concerned parties to exercise caution in response to any attempts to create confusion.
"Should anyone contact any organization, institution, or individual using the name of Jatiya Nagorik Committee, the committee requests that verification of the information be made before any action is taken," added the release.
