The murder is believed to be the result of a family dispute, police say

Police said the call came around 8pm on Friday (8 August), when the man, identified as Rakib Hasan (22), told operators, "I have killed my wife. I am at home. I will surrender, please come and take me away."
Then Kashimpur police rushed to the couple's home in the Chakraborty area of Ward-2, where they found Jamie (19) lying dead on the bed and Rakib waiting to be arrested.
