Hearing allegations of nepotism against principal secy, public admin secy: Hanan Masud

Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Coordinator Abdul Hannan Masud today (19 November) claimed that allegations of nepotism have surfaced against Md Siraj Uddin Mia, principal secretary of Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, and Public Administration Secretary Md Mokhlesur Rahman.
"I am hearing various allegations of nepotism, the contractual appointment of old friends, withholding of files of the deprived [officials], reluctance to remove the secretaries [who were appointed] during fascism, against the chief adviser's principal secretary and public administration secretary," he said in a Facebook post.
"If these are true - the fighters who put their lives on the line in the uprising will not think twice about clearing this garbage from the secretariat with their own hands," he warned.
"Revolutionaries are no match for a bureaucratic state system," he also wrote.
The student leader ended the post by calling on everyone to "prepare for a second revolution".
