Lokman Hossain made new health secretary
Lokman Hossain Miah has been appointed as secretary of the Health Ministry.
A gazette notification made the disclosure today.
He was secretary to the Ministry of Textiles and Jute previously. He will replace Abdul Mannan.

Abdul Mannan has been tested positive with Covid-19. His wife Kamrun Nahar died of the dread virus on 14 June last year.
Abdul Mannan will join Ministry of Textiles and Jute as secretary.
