This year's fair features 63 stalls, including participation from real estate companies, building materials suppliers, and financial investment firms.

Visitors can enter the fair daily from 10am to 9pm.

There are two types of tickets available - single entry and multiple entry.

A single-entry ticket costs Tk50, while a multiple entry ticket, allowing four entries, costs Tk100.

Additionally, a raffle draw will be held daily for visitors.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mayor Shahadat Hossain emphasised ongoing efforts to make Chattogram a more livable city.

He acknowledged REHAB's significant contribution to fulfilling the housing dreams of citizens in Dhaka, Chattogram, and across Bangladesh.

REHAB President Md Wahiduzzaman underscored the fair's importance in strengthening connections between developers and buyers.

He said, "With economic progress, people are increasingly interested in living in well-designed flats in prime locations. We are committed to making their dreams a reality."
