Buet Professor Dr Habib made new VC of Duet
Dr Md Habibur Rahman, a Civil Engineering Department professor at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), has been appointed as the new vice-chancellor of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), Gazipur for the next four years. .
The appointment was made through a gazette notification by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of Education Ministry on Tuesday.
He has been appointed as per approval of President and Chancellor of the university, the notification said, adding that it will come into effect immediately.
