US envoys head to Moscow and Kyiv with Trump’s proposal to end Ukraine war

US negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are heading to Moscow and Kyiv with a proposal from Donald Trump aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war. They are set to meet Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky as diplomatic efforts continue amid ongoing Russian strikes. The biggest obstacle remains Russia's territorial demands, which Ukraine and its European allies have rejected.
