BSMR Maritime University donates for the flood victims

A relief team of BSMR Maritime University distributed relief for the flood victims at Feni on 23 August 2024 by the direction of the Vice Chancellor Rear Admiral Mohammad Musa, OSP, NPP, rcds, afwc, psc, PhD.  

The team has visited five shelter centres of flood affected peoples at Sharshadi Union of Feni and distributed dry foods, saline and fresh water among 800 flood victims and they also handed over relief to 100 flood victims at Khajuria and Rampura area of Feni. 

Besides, the students of BSMR Maritime University collected over two lacs money, dry foods, clothes for the flood victims.

The university also collected donations from individuals. 

In addition, one day salary of all teachers, officers and staff is also collected for the flood victims. Maritime University vows to stand beside and will try to continue relief and financial aid initiative for flood victims.
