10 ideaTHON winners fly to South Korea

The 10 young innovators from the top 5 winning startups of ideaTHON have reached South Korea to take the six months of training for developing their businesses.
Aiming to increase the knowledge and skills of startups in Bangladesh, the government and South Korea had jointly organised the "ideaTHON" contest initiated by the iDEA project of the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) under the ICT Division to develop the country's startup ecosystem, said a press release.
Five start-ups had won the contest and became eligible to receive a six-month training in South Korea, and they will also get support on incubation, funding, international patent, copyright, and trademark.
State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak handed over the crests and certificates to the five start-ups at the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) conference center earlier.
Krishian was this year's Ideathon champion, while the other winning start-ups were Char Chokka Sci, NTT Robotics, Rokkhi Ltd and Chobir Baksho.
