Doctors under health division can’t go abroad more than twice a year for seminars, workshops

Doctors under the Health Services Division will not be able to participate in seminars, meetings, symposiums, training or workshops abroad more than twice a year.
This policy will be applicable for all doctors working in departments or organisations under the division, said a notice issued today (24 November) signed by Additional Secretary of the division Mohammad Abdul Hai.
It will come into effect from 1 January.
According to the notice, anyone going abroad for meetings, symposiums, training or workshops will require a certificate from the inviting organisation stating that the organisers will bear all costs.
