Deadline for govt officials to submit wealth statement extended by 1.5 months

The government has extended the deadline for its officials to submit their wealth statements by one and a half months.
In a notice issued by the Ministry of Public Administration today (26 December), the deadline to submit wealth statement was extended till 15 February 2025.
Through the notice, the government has asked its employees to submit their wealth statements to their respective authorities in sealed envelopes.

Earlier, the government made submission of wealth statements mandatory for its employees from this year.
The previous date to submit the wealth statements was 30 November, which was extended till 31 December.
