RAB detains cyber criminal from Mohammadpur
A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has detained an alleged cyber criminal from Mohammadpur area of the capital on Friday.
The detainee allegedly spread indecent and false information regarding political leaders and rumours about the government's ongoing drive against corruption on social media.
Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, assistant director of legal and media wing of RAB confirmed the matter to The Business Standard.
