Man killed after asking borrower for money in Jurain
His nephew, Zakir Hossain, who took him to the hospital, said Sajeeb had lent Tk6,000 to a man named Shahin, who had recently married and borrowed the money to decorate his home

A man was stabbed to death allegedly over a loan dispute in the Jurain Bagicha Bazar area under Shyampur Police Station in the capital today (13 October).
The deceased was identified as Md Sajeeb, 35, son of Md Yad Ali of Bikrampur in Munshiganj's Sreenagar upazila.
Shyampur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shafiqul Islam confirmed the incident, saying police are investigating and will take legal action based on their findings.
His nephew, Zakir Hossain, who took him to the hospital, said Sajeeb had lent Tk6,000 to a man named Shahin, who had recently married and borrowed the money to decorate his home.
"On Monday around 5:30 pm, Shahin called my uncle to meet at Kajal's shop. After making him sit there, Shahin returned and stabbed him in the waist. My uncle was found in a pool of blood," Zakir said.
Sajeeb was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where he was declared dead around 6:20pm.
Zakir alleged that the murder was premeditated, claiming both Shahin and Kajal were involved in planning and executing the attack.
Sajeeb lived in the Arsin Gate area of Postogola and worked as a car engine mechanic at a garage near Shyampur WASA.
