Justice Md Habibul Gani appointed to Appellate Division

President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir today (27 August) appointed Justice Md Habibul Gani as a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
"The president made the appointment in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Constitution. The appointment will take effect from the day he takes oath of office," said a gazette notification issued by the Law and Justice Division.
He was enrolled as an advocate of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court on 11 April, 1992.

He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court Division on 18 April, 2010, and appointed as a Judge of the same Division on 15 April, 2012.
