Arrest warrant against Evaly MD, chairman in 3 cases

A Dhaka court today issued arrest warrants against e-commerce company Evaly's managing director (MD) Russell and chairman Shamima Nasreen in three separate cases of check dishonour.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Farah Diba Chanda passed the order this morning.
The plaintiff's lawyer Sabiqul Islam told BSS, "Earlier, the court summoned them. As they didn't appear, the court issued warrants."
