5th Gulshan Club Olympiad 2025 officially launched
Olympiad Committee Chairman Tarek Rahman said that over 1,200 individuals from 24 teams representing 22 top clubs will take part in this year's event.
The fifth edition of the Gulshan Club Olympiad 2025, featuring participation from the country's leading social clubs, officially started today (25 October).
The announcement came from a press conference held at the Crystal Palace of Gulshan Club Limited.
Olympiad Committee Chairman Tarek Rahman said that over 1,200 individuals from 24 teams representing 22 top clubs will take part in this year's event.
Competitions will be held in 18 sports across 34 categories.
He added, "The Gulshan Club Olympiad began in 2019 to foster camaraderie among social clubs. It has now become a tradition celebrating sporting excellence and friendship."
Gulshan Club President MA Quader (Anu) said, "We are committed to enriching the lives of our members through family-friendly and sports-focused activities. The Olympiad engages the younger generation in sports and encourages a healthy and balanced lifestyle."
Representatives from different social clubs, and notable figures from the sports and business sectors.
The organisers said the Olympiad is not only about competition but also provides a unique platform to strengthen friendship, unity, and mutual relations among social club members.
