3 youths killed after being run over by train in Cumilla
The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed, the police official said, adding, “We are trying to identify which train was involved”

Three youths were killed after being run over by a train in Madhabpur area of Cumilla's Burichang upazila early this morning (23 April).
Confirming the incident, Officer-in-Charge of the Cumilla Railway Police Outpost Sohel Molla said, "We were informed of the incident by locals and arrived at the scene shortly after. The three young men were likely run over by a train travelling from Dhaka to Chattogram at dawn."
The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed, the police official said, adding, "We are trying to identify which train was involved."
Police from both Burichang Police Station and the railway outpost responded to the scene upon receiving the report.
"Two of them were still alive when we first saw them," a local resident said.
Police are currently working to recover the bodies from the site.
According to railway police, inquest reports are being prepared, and the bodies will be sent to Cumilla Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
