CA remotely observes nationwide polling
According to officials concerned, the chief adviser was briefed on security arrangements, voter turnout and the overall situation at polling centres across the country.
Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus today (12 February) monitored the overall voting situation across the country from a temporary monitoring room set up at the state guest house Jamuna.
Later, he observed the nationwide voting scenario from the control room at Police Headquarters in the capital, reviewing real-time updates on polling progress and law and order conditions.
Home Adviser Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam were present during the observation at the Police Headquarters.
