10 suspected explosives found near polling centre in Kushita
Kumarkhali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Jamal Uddin said that local people spotted two bags in the field and informed the police.
Police recovered 10 bomb-like objects from a field, 20-feet away from Baniakandi Government Primary School polling centre in Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia district today (11 February).
Confirming the information, Kumarkhali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Jamal Uddin said that local people spotted two bags in the field and informed the police.
Being informed, law enforcement personnel rushed to the spot and recovered the bomb-like objects wrapped with red scotch tape from the two bags.
Later, those were taken to the police station.
