China's trade envoy meets US officials to discuss economic ties
Li met with representatives from the US Department of the Treasury, Department of Commerce, and Office of the US Trade Representative

China's trade representative Li Chenggang visited the United States from August 27-29, holding discussions with US officials on bilateral economic and trade relations, the Chinese commerce ministry said on Saturday.
Li met with representatives from the US Department of the Treasury, Department of Commerce, and Office of the US Trade Representative to exchange views on the implementation of prior agreements.
Li said both sides should manage differences and expand cooperation through equal dialogue and consultation.
